  • Your set is delivered meticulously packed in carts ready to assemble. It will be easy and contained.

    You will then need to store the carts at your facility until load-out.

  • You will need to provide a few things for installation and we will guide you through this process on what exactly you will need to purchase.

    • The space for your set. Interior or exterior - either will work.

    • 1’ Truss - This truss will need to arrive on the first day of the install.

    • Installation Labor: 1 Technical Director, 10 Carpenters, 1 Master Electrician who knows your space, 1 Sound Technician that knows your space, 1 AV Technician

    • Run labor: Santa, Mrs. Clause, 4-6 Elfs, 1 Box Office Elf, 1 Manager, 1 Photographer

    • Sufficient power supply: We will let you know what will work.

  • Your set’s arrival date depends on where your location is.

    • East Coast: Oct. 28 - Nov. 2

    • Mid America: Nov. 3 - 9

    • West Coast: Nov. 11 - 16

  • Yes!

    • There are four locations on your set where you may add any wording or logos.

    • Certain paint colors can be your choice.

    • Your set can be as big as you want it - Let’s discuss your needs!

  • We will guide you every step of the way!

    Included in price:

    • One of our Technical Directors will meet via Zoom with your Technical Director prior to go over every aspect of installation.

    • Detailed instructions will be provided electronically.

    • Printed full scale drawings/floorplans will be sent to you or representative.

    Additional Charge Options:

    • We can provide you with one of our Technical Directors on site.

    • Crewing up your installation.

  • Lighting: You will need a Master Electrician to make sure your power is sufficient.

    Sound: You will need a Sound Technician to orchestrate the needs.

    We can help source these individuals for an additional fee.

  • Yes! We are always into recycling and re-using! Let’s discuss your needs!

  • Easy!

    Included in your set package will be positions for photography lights.

    We can assist you with these items for an extra fee:

    • Finding Photographers: We suggest having 1 Photographer on-site with 3 additionals to cover all shifts.

    • Fitting Santa’s chair with proper lighting and set up for successful shots.

    • Printed photograph equipment.

    • Setting up photographs to be sent electronically to patron.

    • All money made from photography is yours!

  • We prefer a system of allowing ticket buyers to have a reserved timeslot. We will suggest a ticketing platform to utilize that is easy to use from the patron’s side and your side. This platform can be used on laptops and hooked up to a credit card reader. We will guide you through this process. Or you could continue to use your POS/Ticketing system.

    All money made through ticketing is yours!
